Terms of Service

Last updated: April 21, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form the binding agreement between you and ProxyGlide for any use of our 4G mobile proxy service. They apply to every plan — France and Iran, monthly and pack. Read them in full, together with our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. By creating an account or issuing traffic through the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use ProxyGlide.

This page is a plain-English summary of the current draft and must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before go-live.

1. Parties and acceptance

The Service is operated by POLYMORPH, a French SASU with share capital of €1,000, registered office at 1 rue de Stockholm, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN 100 668 920 (“POLYMORPH”, “we”, “us”). “ProxyGlide” is the commercial brand under which POLYMORPH operates the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Full company identification is available on the Legal notice page.

2. Service description

ProxyGlide provides access to dedicated 4G mobile proxy endpoints backed by physical SIM-equipped modems located in France (Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom, Free Mobile) and Iran (MCI / Hamrah-e Aval). Customers receive authentication credentials that authorize traffic to be routed through the proxy gateway to the public internet. Each paid plan binds one or more dedicated SIMs to the subscribing customer for the duration of the plan; SIMs are not shared across customers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password and API keys confidential. Notify us of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to require additional verification for high-volume or high-risk accounts.

4. Billing

Plans are prepaid for the duration stated at checkout. Crypto payments (BTC and USDT-ERC20) are final and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Card and SEPA payments processed via Card2Crypto.org are subject to Card2Crypto’s own terms and the terms of the selected fiat provider. Iran plans are non-refundable once a SIM has been allocated due to the limited inventory of MCI lines.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund. We monitor for abuse using aggregate traffic signatures and cooperate with lawful requests from carriers and law enforcement.

6. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime on the proxy gateway for Pro and Enterprise plans. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any individual IP, carrier, or SIM. Mobile networks can experience outages outside our control — especially on the Iran network, where the published target is 88% reflecting the realistic operating envelope of a single MCI line.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyGlide’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or business opportunity arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account without refund for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the prepaid period.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Paris.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
